HOW SHOULD I PACK MY PRODUCT TO RETURN IT?
Use sturdy packaging. If you can, use the original packaging. That way, the chances of the product getting damages are less. No longer have the original packaging? No problem, we'll look at the condition of your returned product and determine what the depreciation is based on that.

You can send the product in sturdy shipping box that closes well.

Product packed? Print your DPD shipping label and stick it on the shipping box. You can find the DPD shipping label in the email you received from us.

WHAT ARE THE EXCEPTIONS ON THE RETURN CONDITIONS?
You probably understand that you can't return the following products:
- Software with a broken seal
- Digital activation codes

WHEN DO I RECEIVE MY REFUND AFTER RETURNING MY PRODUCT?
As soon as we've processed your return, we'll refund you within 5 working days. The time it takes for a refund to appear on your bank account depends on the payment method.

When returning in our store, we will refund the amount to your bank account.

WHAT RETURN OPTIONS DO I HAVE?
You can register your return within 14 days of receiving the product. After that, you'll have another 14 days to return your product for free. You have 2 options:

- Exchange your product for a new one for free
- Return your product for free and get a refund

You can indicate your choice in the online return form. After 14 days, we'll repair your product and the above options no longer apply.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?
To get the full purchase amount back, it is important that your product meets the return conditions below.

- The product (including packaging) must not have any obvious signs of use, be damaged, dirty or incomplete.
- The product must not have undergone any installations.
- Existing barcodes and/or registration codes must not be removed or unreadable.
- The product must not be disassembled (seal must be intact).
- The product must have original instructions and accessories.

WHAT'S THE STATUS OF MY RETURN?
As soon as we have received your return shipment, you will receive an email from us. Did you return your package over 5 days ago and still haven't heard anything? Please contact our customer service.

WHAT ARE THE RETURN SHIPPING COSTS?
The return shipping costs are 10 euros. The return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund of your order.

MY RETURN WAS NOT ACCEPTED. WHAT NOW?
If your return is not accepted, our customer service will contact you first. In most cases, a partial refund will be made. If you choose to keep the product, we will send it back to the address you provided.
